Rent-A-Bug Tasmania primarily services the following locations:
- Devonport Seaport/City and Airport
- Launceston Airport and City
- Burnie
- Ulverstone
- Wynyard Airport
We are a small family business located in East Devonport but we deliver to these locations. That's right, we deliver the vehicle right to you (relocation fees may apply).
Car hire in Hobart can be arranged but generally we limit it to 1 week bookings or longer. Any other locations may also be arranged for a relocation fee. Feel free to contact us if you wish to do so.

Quick Terms
- We understand Terms and Conditions can be daunting. Allow us to give a quick rundown on some of the important parts...
- A refundable damage bond for all cars is $250 with the addition of the Excess Reduction Fee (ERF) of $9 per day, unless the driver is under 25 years in which case the excess is $500. Without the ERF, you are left with the full $4000 excess/bond.
- Vehicles are supplied full of fuel and are to be returned full. Simple and easy
- All vehicles covered by roadside assist
- NO pets allowed in the vehicles
- NO smoking allowed in the vehicles
